Ahhh... never ending bliss. Sound good? We thought so! This happy home has had lots of updates (all the major ones, in fact) and will be a great home if you are getting a government loan. Three bedrooms, one bath, great yard, and easy commute to the west side. Oh, and if you can't seem to find the perfect shoes to match your outfit, this home is within walking distance of the Shoebox. While we love working with all of our fabulous clients, we have always had a soft spot for our first time buyers. Not only is this group of buyers tenacious and determined, but so long as we're here for the occasional pep talk (cocktails, anyone?), these guys don't let anything get them down. You probably drive by this house all the time and still don't really know what it looks like behind the hedges. This house has an amazing yard which can stay with the house or be split for another home. The home itself is a neat older house with lots of personality, and could use some TLC to revive it. After a long house hunt and many hours spent together searching, locating, and negotiating, it is inevitable that many of our clients also become our friends. Such is the case with Eric, who not long after finding this perfect home in Baraboo, is moving on to the Next Big Adventure in his life. And while we hate to see him go, we're jazzed about showing his awesome house off to all of you. Not only is the house beautiful and homey and updated and well kept, it also has a yard that's to die for. On half an acre!? Get outa town, you say? Sure, you could travel 9,158 miles to Borneo and stand on the equator. If you were feeling especially adventuresome, you could venture out to sea to find the place where the equator meets the Prime Meridian. However, if you don't really care for flying or find yourself prone to seasickness, you could stick a little closer to home and still live life precariously close the edge. How you ask? Well, imagine looking out your living room window and being able to see not just Prairie du Sac, not just Sauk City, but... wait for it... BOTH villages... right outside your window. That's right folks, right on the border. You feel more daring already, don't you?

All high seas adventure aside, we do think you should check out this nice home over on 8th Street.
