While we love working with all of our fabulous clients, we have always had a soft spot for our first time buyers.  Not only is this group of buyers tenacious and determined, but so long as we're here for the occasional pep talk (cocktails, anyone?), these guys don't let anything get them down.  Nikki's ride to home ownership has had some bumps along the way, but look at her now, just basking in the aftermath.  The shades are fitting, Nikki!  Here's to you!!
