Our warmest congratulations go out to the Kenney's, who have had a very eventful couple of weeks!  As if welcoming the newest member of their family weren't enough to focus on, the timing of their home sale and purchase fell right in the middle of all the rest of the activity!  Here's wishing you all many, many happy (and quieter!) years ahead in your new home!

While we love working with all of our fabulous clients, we have always had a soft spot for our first time buyers.  Not only is this group of buyers tenacious and determined, but so long as we're here for the occasional pep talk (cocktails, anyone?), these guys don't let anything get them down.  Nikki's ride to home ownership has had some bumps along the way, but look at her now, just basking in the aftermath.  The shades are fitting, Nikki!  Here's to you!!

Hip, hip hurrah!  Not only do the Ferguson's have an awesome new house and grins that are going to last all week, but we think they have the greenest, most lush lawn in town.  Here's wishing you years and years of happiness in your new home!
